At Venezianico, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards, ensuring the item is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
