What is the shipping time for my order?

We offer express worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Does my watch come with a warranty?

Yes, every Venezianico timepiece is covered by a 2-year international warranty that protects against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Are Venezianico watches water-resistant?

Most of our models, including the Nereide collection, offer water resistance up to 200 meters (20 ATM), making them suitable for professional diving and water sports.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank wire transfers for secure transactions.

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes required by their country.
